Saw the reviews and went over for my Qashqai servicing (first time), excellent customer service, team werent pushy at all and took their time to let me know what all my car requires in overall servicing. Kudos to Tricia & Karen for helping out on the requirements, highly recommended.Posted onTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Thanks to M9Abwin's staff. Karen and tricia and the car mechanics. My car are well services, all services done are required and no oversell. Have been with them since I bought the car from Abwin. Highly commented.Posted onTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have a number of vehicles being serviced here. I have tried and tested many service centres to service both my continental vehicle and also my Japanese make… I would confidently say that Karen is very knowledgeable of what both my cars need eventhough they are of different platform. Mechanics are well versed but I feel what’s important is also the relay of information to car owners on what is faulty. Without asking , Karen have also taken the initiative to show me my spark plugs condition prior to asking me to change so that there are legitimate reasons to do so. Their pro-active behaviour shows me their sincerity in customer service. Thus far I would say that their price is very fair. It may not be like bring your own parts cheap (BYOB) but it’s only slightly higher. But when we replace with them. Their after sales is impeccable 👍 I have been served by both Karen and Tricia. If you do head over , you should look for them. Cheers 🍻Posted onTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. AbwinM9 is one of the panel workshops for my car insurer and I had my car towed over for accident reporting and repair. Hazel handled my claim and it was reassuring from the start as she provided details on each step of the repair process (assessment, insurer acceptance, repair etc). Once repair has commenced, there was timely update by Hazel and her service extended even after the car collection as one cosmetic part has to be indented from Germany and fixed later. Thanks once again to Hazel and the workshop for the getting the repair done before Christmas and being reassuring as it was a difficult time after accident had occurred. 🙏Posted onTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. A beautiful and friendly customer service advisor attended to me. Originally booked for different time slot. Due to my change request, she was very helpful to coordinate and reschedule my service appointment. Change request was professionally handled with a sincere attitude that I can feel through phone. Meet in person confirmed a great personality Tricia Wee has and passion for her work. David Teo , a satisfied customer indeed. Great friendly professional service rendered.Posted onTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Brake fluid bleeding & aircon maintenance. Overall satisfied with good service by knowledgeable staff such as Tricia & Karen. And I'm attended to promptly upon appointment. Signed up with their package which is fairly priced and looks promising. Hope that future work done by them will maintain or further improve their good quality!Posted onTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Consistent reliable, prompt high quality workmanship delivered by technical team with reasonable pricing. Dependable and honest, they do not do unnecessary work simply to inflate the bill. Excellent customer service from professional and helpful service team especially Karen, who is knowledgeable and gave frank assessment, detailed explanation on work needed with timeframe and even provided progress updates with photos and videos. Highly recommend.Posted onTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Friendly and patient staffs! Quality repair and honest works. Special shout out to Hazel for keeping me informed about the periodic updates! And to Karen for patiently explaining to me the different servicing packages, have just signed one package with them.
