I have tried and tested many service centres to service both my continental vehicle and also my Japanese makeβ¦ I would confidently say that Karen is very knowledgeable of what both my cars need eventhough they are of different platform. Mechanics are well versed but I feel whatβs important is also the relay of information to car owners on what is faulty. Without asking , Karen have also taken the initiative to show me my spark plugs condition prior to asking me to change so that there are legitimate reasons to do so. Their pro-active behaviour shows me their sincerity in customer service. Thus far I would say that their price is very fair. It may not be like bring your own parts cheap (BYOB) but itβs only slightly higher. But when we replace with them. Their after sales is impeccable π I have been served by both Karen and Tricia. If you do head over , you should look for them. Cheers π»
Brandon W2023-02-15AbwinM9 is one of the panel workshops for my car insurer and I had my car towed over for accident reporting and repair. Hazel handled my claim and it was reassuring from the start as she provided details on each step of the repair process (assessment, insurer acceptance, repair etc). Once repair has commenced, there was timely update by Hazel and her service extended even after the car collection as one cosmetic part has to be indented from Germany and fixed later. Thanks once again to Hazel and the workshop for the getting the repair done before Christmas and being reassuring as it was a difficult time after accident had occurred. π

HHP2021-04-30Have been with Abwin service centre for 5 years since I bought my car from them. So far no major breakdown. Servicing price is reasonable but component price may not be the cheapest. Attended by Karen who is a persuasive salesperson. Definitely a valuable asset to Abwin. Chief technician is a friendly chap who is always ready to answer query. Professional and trustworthy. Give sound advice. Package price which includes polishing is value for money.

I told her that if possible to complete repair by 5th March as I do not wish to extend mg car rental and she did!! She even waited for me at mh car infront of their workshop during the appointmrnt time!!! Karen assisted me when I asked if they could install my in-car canera. She offered to instl out of good will and also xplain on the car servicing pacakge. Interestingly, she explained to me on Lemon'#s law as well as I was concerned on the warranty of my car will be void should I srrviced with Abwin! She explained in detail and even gave me a free gift upon signing up! The best part is the pacakge comes with 2 x polishing!!! Thats the catch!!! Great service Karen n Abby!!!! Not forgetting Hazel who asissged with my claims. I didnt have to worry so much on thid.
